According to Italian law, we must register the identity of all guests.
📸 Please send via WhatsApp a photo of each guest’s ID (front and back).
✍️ Include the NAME and SURNAME on the booking – BOOKING PLATFORM – CHECK-IN DATE.

📌 Your documents will be handled in accordance with the European GDPR Regulation (EU 2016/679) and deleted immediately after registration.
.🚗 PARKING AND ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) ACCESS
The apartment is located within Lerici’s Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL).
To access it, please send me in advance the model and license plate number of the car you will be using.
📩 We will register the information with the Municipal Police.
🔒 You will be allowed to enter and exit the ZTL only with the registered car.
📌 ZTL active hours (from June 15 to August 30):
From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
From 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM
🏛️ TOURIST TAX
The Municipality of Lerici applies a tourist tax of €4.00 per person per day, for a maximum of 5 days.

- CHECK-OUT: by 10:00 in the morning
(we kindly ask you to respect the time)

- 🧊 Empty the refrigerator of any food
